How tiers work, what the trial gives you, and what happens when it ends.
Aplon has four paid tiers: Starter, Growth, Pro and Operator. Each unlocks more tools, longer history and more connected stores. Current pricing is on aplon.io.
New accounts start on a 14-day trial with Growth-level access, so you can see the tools before deciding.
When the trial ends, your data is not deleted. Tools above your tier become locked rather than removed, and unlock again the moment you upgrade.
A padlock on a tool means your plan does not include it. Everything you have already set up — costs, expenses, connected accounts — stays exactly as it was.
Where you are billed depends on how you signed up. Installing from the Shopify App Store bills through Shopify, alongside your other app charges. Signing up on aplon.io bills through Stripe. You can see which applies to you in Settings.
Extra stores can be added on the higher tiers, and on some plans as a paid add-on.
