Bought again, product by product.

Buying Patterns counts the buyers who came back for the same product. Widen the period and see why even 90 days can be too short to judge it.

How often people buy it againFERN & FLINT

Buyers who ordered the same product again within this period.

  • Seasoning Oil31%
366 of 1180 buyers bought it again in a later order
  • Flaky Sea Salt24%

90 days is as short as Buying Patterns goes. A repurchase needs both orders inside the period, so a product people reorder every two months, like Seasoning Oil, reads lower here than it will over a longer one. On Growth and above you can pick a longer period.

Customers as your orders know them.

2nd orderReturning means a second order

A returning customer has more than one order in your history. Everyone else is new.
